The area of our study is part of the City Thermaikos some 13 hectares of land that reaches the beach Perea.
According to the observations we made in the first phase of the analysis of the area concluded that despite the favorable geographical features, the area needs special care renewal both outdoor public spaces and a wider rage of roads
